REPRESENTATIVE OF THE GSI/PR He is a specialist in Advanced Defense Studies - CAED by the Escola Superior de Guerra - ESG; Doctor in Human Nutrition from the University of Brasília - UnB; Master in Nuclear Engineering from the Instituto Militar de Engenharia – IME. Graduated in Food Engineering from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos – Unisinos, he works as an Advisor in the Department of Coordination of the Protection System for the Brazilian Nuclear Program of the Institutional Security Office of the Presidency of the Republic. He works as an Environmental Analyst at the Ministry of the Environment.
