Secretary of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at MCTI

He is a Civil Engineer, graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Master in Information Science, graduated from the University of Brasília. From 1982 to 1984 he was a project analyst in the areas of transport and energy. From 1985 to 1986, he was a technical analyst at the Secretariat of Industrial Technology at MIC, working in the areas of energy and basic industrial technology. From 1987 to 1989 he was a technician at CEBRAE, working in the areas of technological support for small businesses and superintendent of the area of modernization and technical cooperation. From 1989 to 1990 he was Assistant Secretary General of the MEC. 1990 he was a technician at FINEP, working in the area of support to national consultancy. 1990 to 1992 Coordination of technological modernization of the Secretariat of Science and Technology of PR, working in the areas of technological prospecting, PBQP and PACTI. 1992 he was Assistant Secretary of Government of the Governor of the DF/GDF. 1993 he was Assistant Secretary for Science, Technology and Environment of the GDF. From 1994 to 1995 he was President of FAP-DF. 195 was a technician at FINEP, working in the area of international technology business. From 1996 to 1997 he was Vice-Director of IBICT. From 1998 to 2000 he was Head of Office at FINEP in Brasília. From 2000 to 2002 he was Director of the Department of Labor Intensive Sectors of the MDIC Production Development Department. From 2002 to 2019, he was Analyst III at Sebrae Nacional, where he held the roles of Technology and Innovation Access Manager, Agribusiness Manager, Market Access Manager, Market Access and Financial Services Manager, CRAB Coordinator, Advisor to the Board , analyst at the Entrepreneurial Culture Unit, in addition to his participation as Counselor of the CDE of Sebrae PA, AC, RO, RJ and MG and as a representative of Sebrae in national and international Councils and Forums. He is currently National Secretary of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovations – MCTI.
