MARCO ANTÔNIO TORRES ALVES

INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR AT ELETRONUCLEAR Graduated in Social Communication from PUC in Rio de Janeiro and post-graduated in Corporate Communication Management from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, he works at Eletrobras Eletronuclear, the company responsible for the nuclear power plants in Angra dos Reis/RJ, where coordinates the institutional communication area. Currently, he also coordinates the company's Covid-19 crisis management committee. He was a professor of Communication and Media at the Escola Superior de Comando de Bombeiro Militar do Estado do Rio de Janeiro from 2014 to 2018. Since 2007, he has worked with the Brazilian Nuclear Program Protection System, an organ of the Institutional Security Office of the Presidency of the Republic , in matters related to the communication of the Angra nuclear power plant's emergency plan. He currently coordinates a working group to advise the federal government on the construction of a communication plan for the nuclear sector.
