PhD in Cybernetics from the University of Reading-UK, he has specializations in Policy and Strategy Studies from UnB, in Cryptography and Network Security from UFF and in Information and Communications Security Management from UnB. He participated in the work group (WG) on Security of Critical Information Infrastructures, in the Inter-Forces WG for the Implementation of the Cybernetic Sector in the Ministry of Defense, in the WG for the Implementation of the Cybernetic Sector in the Brazilian Army and acted as head of the National School Nucleus. of Cyber Defense. At GSI-PR, he served as interim Director of the Information Security and Communications Department, as Military Advisor and as General Coordinator of Information Security Management. He currently serves as Director of the Information Security Department at GSI-PR.
