LILIA MASCARENHA

MME SECRETARIAT OF GEOLOGY Graduated in geology at the University of São Paulo, Lília Mascarenhas holds a PhD in Mineral Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. With professional experience focused on technical areas, he specializes in ore studies and has extensive experience accumulated in areas of knowledge related to mineral exploration and research, evaluation of mineral deposits and deposits, mining and mineral processing. He worked in consulting companies for the mineral sector and in mining companies. In the academic area, her experience goes through the University of São Paulo as a professor and researcher in mineral resources at the Geosciences Institute for 15 years. In the Geology, Mining and Mineral Transformation Secretariat of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, he has been working in administrative management and in the formulation of Government policies and programs for the mineral sector, since 2016.
