PPI- MINISTRY OF ECONOMY Frederico Munia Machado has been a federal attorney at the Attorney General's Office since 2006, having worked at the Federal Attorney's Office of the defunct National Department of Mineral Production - PF/DNPM (2006-2018) and at the Federal Attorney's Office at the National Agency of Mining - PFE/ANM (2018-2019). He served as Coordinator of Mining Affairs (2007-2012), Deputy Chief Prosecutor (2007-2012 and 2016) and Chief Prosecutor (2016-2018) of the PF/DNPM. He is currently program director at the Special Secretariat of the Investment Partnerships Program of the Ministry of Economy. Bachelor of Laws from the University of Brasília (2003). Master in Laws (LL.M.) in Mineral Law and Policy from the Center for Energy, Petroleum and Mining Law and Policy at the University of Dundee - United Kingdom (CEPMLP/University of Dundee), approved with distinction in 2014.
