CESAR HENRIQUE ROMÃO

ADVISOR GSI/ PR He is an advisor for Physical Nuclear Security at the Institutional Security Office of the Presidency of the Republic (GSI-PR). Army Colonel in the reserve, he holds a degree and a master's degree in Military Sciences. In the nuclear area, he took the International Course on Physical Protection of Nuclear Installations and Nuclear Material at the Sandia Laboratory, in Albuquerque, USA. At GSI/PR, he was Director of Sipron. Lecturer at the IAEA, he is a member of the Nuclear Physical Security Steering Committee and participates, as a specialist, in meetings on the implementation of the international nuclear physical security regime. In Brazil, it is part of Sipron's Committee for Articulation in the Safety and Logistics Areas. He currently holds the position of Senior Advisory Director at GGSI/PR.
