CARLOS HENRIQUE SILVA SEIXAS

President of Nuclebrás Equipamentos Pesados SA – NUCLEP He is a General Officer of the Brazilian Navy Reserve promoted to Rear Admiral in 2010. Graduated in Naval Sciences in 1982 from the Naval School, he is specialized in Histories of International Relations. He is a Master and Doctor in Naval Sciences from the Escola de Guerra Naval, with several commands and career leadership positions, always working with great administrative, accounting and financial proximity in his endeavors. During his career in the Brazilian Navy, he worked in Chile, Portugal and the United States. In July 2016, he assumed the position of Administrative Director of NUCLEP and assumed the interim Presidency in April 2017. In December 2017, he was appointed President of NUCLEP.
